Hyster UTTL models are equipped with a maintenance-free integrated lithium-ion battery that is designed into the forklift direct from the factory. On-demand hydraulic power steering with a twin drive motor system and AC traction and lifting motors with electronic control help provide optimum performance. Multiple performance modes are selectable through the dash display.

The use of high quality and robust components within the UT series delivers a reliable operation with limited wear and tear. Cylinders with hard chrome rods reduce seal wear for long life. A full-flow, low pressure filter on the return line keeps the hydraulic oil clean, which helps to minimize seal and pump wear. In addition, this keeps the control valve in good condition, leading to low service costs.
